Beneteau’s latest family motor cruiser Swift Trawler 54 will be premiered at the Cannes Boat Show in September 2024.
The new Beneteau Swift Trawler 54 is a remarkable addition to the successful Swift Trawler range, offering style, comfort, and autonomy for demanding boaters. Designed by Andreani Design, this 54-foot passagemaker combines contemporary design, elegant finishes, and smart innovations to create the perfect home on the water.
The exterior features include the stunning "Terrace to the Sea cockpit" concept, a spacious flybridge with soft seating and luxury touches, and a hydraulic swim platform with adaptive dinghy chocks. The interior boasts an ergonomic and well-appointed galley, a large saloon, and an attractive "architectural" flybridge stair.
Built with six berths and an optional single crew berth, the layout is perfect for long family cruises. The bathrooms feature Corian countertops with illuminated recesses for towel stowage, and the cabins feature wardrobes with slatted doors for good ventilation and luxury acoustic underlays for noise reduction.
The Swift Trawler 54 excels when cruising at 8-12 knots, with the reserve power for up to 20 knots. Its two 550 HP engines provide up to 700 nautical miles of cruising at 9 knots (with a 10% fuel reserve). The Dixon Yacht Design "Fusion" hull form ensures efficient navigation, excellent all-round handling, and comfort.
The latest innovations include Sleipner Vector Gen 3 fins with electric motors for more stability and 360-degree control, the Silent Boat option with lithium batteries and solar panels for on-anchor autonomy, and a future-proof engine room for Diesel-Electric hybrid drive.
