1983 MOTOMAR 33 FLY WITH 2x270 AIFO
IN THE LAST 10 YEARS, A LOT OF REFITTING WORK HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT ON THE INTERIORS (CEILINGS AND WOODEN FINISHES, THE SOFA AND THE KITCHEN)
THE BOAT LOOKS VERY GOOD
USED 2 MONTHS IN SUMMER AND THEN WINTER STORAGE INDOORS
To make fiberglass shells and decks, Motomar relied on companies specialized in the production of products such as the Agostini Shipyard or CIGALA & BERTINETTI. The lamination was carried out by hand of laminate full of glass thicknesses and orthophthalic polyester resin.
The reinforcement structure is of a mixed type with longitudinal and transversal "omega" boxes of reassuring dimensions.
The Motomar 33 is a unit intended for a type of enthusiast who is not looking for just any boat but who is very clear about both their needs and the characteristics of a model.
Talking about defects is difficult as the designer's choices can both meet and disappoint expectations. The power of the engines is exuberant compared to the hull and it is necessary to limit one's speed ambitions. Those accustomed to more modern units will find the limited spaces of the cockpit and flybridge impractical for outdoor living, but will enjoy a cosy living area in the cool seasons. The noise of the engines can be annoying and the advice is to renew the thermal and acoustic insulation on older units.
